road crossings
Long & Medium courses run through residential areas of the village. Please be courteous to residents providing a responsible social distance and be careful when rounding corners.
Long & Medium courses will involve crossing quiet roads and therefore runners should consider using reflective clothing to enhance visibility to road users and to pedestrians.
