EBOR welcomes everyone to enjoy a challenging event in a complex area of flat, runnable woodland between York and Selby.
The event hosts the Yvette Baker Trophy and Shield Inter Club competitions – this is an event not to be missed!
Juniors will need to run their correct course to count towards the YBT scoring, your club captain should be able to help with this. The rules are here for those wishing to check https://www.britishorienteering.org.uk/yvettebaker_rules
Entries close at midnight Sunday 2 March. Late entries will be accepted after that subject to map availability only – please sign up via Race Sign Up as usual.
Adults are welcome to run any course.

Parking is on forest tracks.
Terrain is dead flat with the main feature being drainage ditches. There are areas of good, runnable woodland and no-go areas of brambles. Currently the area is very wet with water filled ditches, muddy tracks and some flooding. We are hoping it will dry out before the event.
Start is 100 m flat easy walk from the assembly.

Although a thorough risk assessment has been conducted by the organiser, orienteering is an adventure sport and you are taking part at your own risk.
Results will be posted on the Eborienteers website as well as here, once the event has occurred. Please allow 24 hours.
