45 minute score event. Find the 30 lamp posts on the map, 7500 or 5000 scale, to gain points. Lose points for returning late.
We will use maprun, so ensure you have downloaded the maprun v7 app to your phone, and Garmin users can use Maprun G from the Garmin IQ connect store. Please make sure all devices are charged!
We will of course provide control cards for those who prefer old school pen and paper. Bring a pen. That Works. In the wet!
And everybody needs a head torch, and hi vis recommended

There is a car park at the pub, otherwise park considerately nearby. Foot, bike or bus are viable alternatives!
Residential districts of Rawcliffe and Clifton Moor,. One or two relatively busy roads, so please take care crossing these, but mainly quiet residential.
Meet at 1815 for briefing. 1830 start, back to the pub by 1915 to avoid penalties.
Please comply with Covid procedures for distancing and sanitisation as requested. Please obey instructions of Start marshals.

Download will be managed in a socially distant manner. If you have any queries or issues about your run subsequent to downloading, please notify download marshal who will either fix any computing problem or contact an event official if necessary on your behalf.
Although a thorough risk assessment has been conducted by the organiser, orienteering is an adventure sport and you are taking part at your own risk.
Results will be posted on the Eborienteers website as well as here, once the event has occurred. Please allow 24 hours.
