Some final details for everyone joining us this Saturday.

Courses A, B, C, D are A3 portrait and have maps back to back. Courses E, F, G are A4 landscape.
All maps are pre-marked with pictorial descriptions on them. Spare descriptions will be available in the start lanes.

Course B 5.5km 19 controls
Course C 5.4km 16 controls
Course D 5km 16 controls
Course E 3.5km 12 controls

Course G 1.2km 11 controls
You do not need to hand your map in but please do not discuss with those yet to start.
There are toilets in the sports centre which you can use en- route to the start and from the finish.
Out of bounds area are shown with both the olive green and red cross hatching. Take care running round corners and to locals exercising in other public areas. Take care crossing roads and other public places.
Controls will be brought in progressively from 2pm.
Please park in the school car park. There are plenty of bike racks available for those who live locally and the centre is on a bus route.
