I don’t know if you’ve looked at the routegadget from the British Sprint Championships; the courses look mindblowing…. not so much a running-sport, rather a standing-around-and-scratching-your-head sport. Inspired by this, I’ve designed the hardest ever sprint course in York for club night. Prepare to be baffled!
