Back to the forest and some work on finding lines through the terrain.
The clocks will have changed but it might get dark towards the end of the session, especially under the trees
There are plenty of cycle racks at Millthorpe School, and many of you can walk or run there but, by car, access the school via Nunthorpe Avenue or Philadelphia Terrace. There is a car park at either side. Meet 6.30pm – first you need to find the Sports Hall… don’t enter the Sports Hall, instead go east to the north side of the next building – no muddy shoes!
Each week there are maps prepared for beginners as well as experienced orienteers. We will be outdoors and jogging (you can walk if you wish) so dress appropriately. In winter, there may be some mud!
